Are you Lost?

If you want to learn how to navigate this site you have come to the right place.

1)From the home-page click on to load the first chapter of this tutorial.

2)If you do not see a shockwave movie in the left upper corner of the screen, it is likely that you do not have the shockwave player installed.

Have patience, sometimes the movie can take a some time to start.

3) At anytime after downloading the movie you can click on to get a list of the contents of the chapter. Choose your selection by clicking on the desired item.

4) You can also navigate the chapter using the and buttons.

5) As you move through the shockwave movie the text will automatically load on the right. The text is always controlled by the shockwave movie.

6) Some times on the left of the button there will be an associated fraction (e.g., 3/4). The denominator tells you how many movie frames are associated with the text on the right. The numerator tells you which frame you are currently on.

7) You can down load another chapter at anytime during the movie by clicking on or on another chapter heading. You can load the home-page at anytime by clicking on or depending on where you are in the tutorial.

8) If you click on or on Are you lost? at any time you will be taken back to this page.
