1.) Appearance of peaked or
"hyperacute" T waves

ST segment elevation
3.) Appearance of
abnormal Q waves
.
4.)
T wave inversion
(accompanied by decrease in ST elevation).
n.b. These changes are not seen in
acute Posterior MI.
