	These are a series of images from a middle age woman with shortness of breath. Due to an accumulation of pericardial fluid, a resting tachycardia and a deterioration of the patient, it was decided to insert a pericardial drain percutaneously. The first film is before the drain was inserted and the final 3 post procedure.
