| This is a chest x-ray from a middle aged woman with congenital heart disease. She had a patent foramen ovale that was closed percutaneously. At the same time a rate responsive ventricular pacer was placed. Notice the enlarged cardiac silhouette, and the prominent pulmonary artery. |
