| This is a CT chest of an 83 year old man with retained ventricular and atrial leads on his left side and a new lead and pacemaker on the right side.
One of the leads through the left side ends in the superior SVC where as the second one follows an anomalous coarse from the venacava into a tributary branch coursing by the base of the heart, perpendicular to the coronay sinus and ends at the under surface of the left ventricle. The lead inserted through the right subclavian vein loops into the right ventricle, with the tip lying at the right ventricular apex.
