1) This is a series of x-ray cines from a woman who had had an aortic (AV) and mitral valve (MV) replacement. The patient was not doing well post operatively and a high gradient across her aortic valve was suspected. This series of x-ray cines was done to determine if both leaflets of the aortic valve where moving properly. The first clip shows the mitral valve(MV) with both leaflets (ML) working well. |

The patient was re-operated on and did well. A tissue ingrowth was found obstructing one of the aortic valve leaflets. |
