| This is an image from a patient with a failing ventricular lead that had been implanted 18 months previously. There is a screw-in atrial lead and there are two leads that pace the ventricle, the old lead and one inserted to correct the pacing problem. One of the leads is in the ventricle (has hump as it crosses the tricuspid valve) the other is in a cardiac vien. |
