McGill Molson Medical Informatics Student Projects
Welcome to the Radiologic Pathologic Correlation in Chest Disease page of the McGill University Faculty of Medicine.  The goal of the site is to describe the anatomic and pathogenetic bases of various radiologic abnormalities seen in diseases of the chest.

The site is organized according to patterns seen on standard chest radiographs (e.g., a solitary pulmonary nodule, multiple cavities, etc.). Each pattern is defined and illustrated by a number of cases. The user can select a specific radiographic pattern, see how it correlates with the CT scan or other radiologic images, and gain some insight to how these images arise from the knowledge of the corresponding pathologic specimen.  When reviewing a case, it is recommended to follow the order in which it is presented, beginning with the clinical history.  An index of the site is also included.
